Privacy Policy

Effective [Effective date]

This policy explains what information KidsCatalyst LLC, doing business as Nameworthy (“Nameworthy”), collects, why, who we share it with, and how to opt out or ask us to delete it. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use advertising cookies.

1. Information about businesses we may contact

We research U.S. businesses that may benefit from our services. For each, we may collect:

  • Business information: name, website, address, category, ratings and reviews, and how AI assistants and search tools describe the business.
  • Work contact details: the name, job title, work email address and LinkedIn page of people at the business, such as an owner or marketing lead.

This comes from public sources (the business's own website and public listings, including Google Maps) and from business-data providers. We use it to prepare a report about the business and to email the people there about it. Every email we send says who we are, gives our mailing address, and lets you opt out. If you opt out, we stop emailing you and keep only enough to make sure we never contact you again.

2. Information you give us

  • When you request a check, reply to an email or contact us: your name, email, business and what you write.
  • When you buy: billing name and address and what you bought. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • When you hire us: the business facts and content you provide, and the access you grant to your listings and website.

3. Information collected when you visit

When you visit our website or open a report, we record the pages viewed, when, which sections were opened, and whether checkout was started, plus basic technical details such as browser type. We use this to see what's useful and to time our follow-up emails. Report links are private and not listed in search engines, and reports expire after 30 days.

We don't track whether you open our emails.

4. How we use information

To prepare reports, contact businesses about our services, deliver and support what you buy, process payments, improve our service, keep records the law requires, and protect against fraud and misuse. We may publish research from combined audit results in a form that identifies no person and no client.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run Nameworthy, under contracts that limit their use of the information:

6. How long we keep it

Prospect records: up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Opt-out records: kept so we never contact you again. Client records and invoices: as long as the law and our tax obligations require.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email privacy@nameworthyai.com and we'll respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state law, and you can appeal a decision we make by replying to our response. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and accounts kept separate from other businesses. No system is perfectly secure, so we'll tell affected people promptly if a breach puts their information at risk, as the law requires.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
