Refund and Guarantee Policy

Our guarantee: we finish every item listed in your Order by its delivery date, or you get a full refund. This is part of our Terms of Service.

Changed your mind

Cancel within 7 days of paying, before we start work, and we'll refund you in full.

If we don't deliver

If any item in your Order isn't done by the delivery date, ask for a refund and we'll return the full price of that service. Anything we finished is still yours to keep.

The delivery date moves back by any time we spend waiting on you for access, facts or approval. Items are counted as done when they're completed, or staged for your approval if they need it.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

• What AI assistants, search engines or directories say about you. No one can guarantee that, and we don't.
• Items we couldn't do because access or information wasn't provided.
• Changes that you, another vendor or a platform make or undo after we deliver.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time; the plan ends at the close of the month you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months. If we miss a month's re-test or report, we refund that month.

Credits

When an Order says a purchase is credited toward a later service, the credit applies only within the time stated in the Order and can't be exchanged for cash.

How to ask

Email hello@nameworthyai.com within 30 days of the delivery date, with your order details. We'll reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can fix it faster.
