Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use nameworthyai.com, view a Nameworthy report, or buy a Nameworthy service. “Nameworthy,” “we” and “us” mean KidsCatalyst LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Nameworthy. “You” means the business that uses the site or buys a service, and the person acting for it. By paying or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

Nameworthy reviews how AI assistants and search tools describe a business and fixes the things that affect it, such as business listings, website pages and crawler settings. Each service's scope, price and delivery date are shown on the order page or written proposal before you pay (the “Order”). If the Order and these terms disagree, the Order wins for that purchase.

2. What we can't promise

AI assistants, search engines and directories such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google, Bing, Apple and Yelp decide their own answers and change them constantly. We don't control them, and no one can guarantee what an AI says or where a business ranks.We promise the work listed in your Order, done well and on time, and a dated before-and-after re-test using the same questions. We don't promise a particular placement, number of mentions, traffic, leads or sales.

3. Free reports

Our free reports show answers that AI tools gave to specific questions on specific dates, with the method stated on the report. Answers vary from run to run, so a later check may differ. Reports are for your information only, are provided as is, and don't create any obligation for either of us.

4. Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. One-time services are paid upfront unless the Order sets another schedule. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Sales tax is added where the law requires it, including for Texas customers.

5. Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing hello@nameworthyai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; we don't refund partial months.

6. What we need from you

• Access by invitation: add us as a manager or user on your Google Business Profile, listings and website. Never send us your passwords, and remove our access when the work is done.
• Accurate business facts. We publish what you give us, so tell us right away if anything is wrong.
• Approval of anything that goes live in your name. We stage new pages and listing changes as drafts; nothing is published until you approve it.
• Timely replies. If we're waiting on access or approval for more than 14 days, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

7. Content we create

We use AI tools, reviewed by a person, to help research and draft reports and pages. Once you've paid, the pages, descriptions and listing text we write for you are yours to use and change as you like. We keep our tools, methods, templates and know-how, and you get no rights in them. We may use results from our audits, combined and anonymized so no client can be identified, for research and publication. We name you as a client or show your results only with your written permission.

8. Your content

You keep all rights in your logos, photos, text and data. You give us permission to use them only to deliver your services, and you confirm you have the right to let us.

9. Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping, overloading, attempts to get around access controls, or submitting businesses you're not authorized to act for. We may block access that breaks these rules.

10. Third-party services

Our work relies on services we don't control, including Google, Microsoft, Apple, Yelp, Stripe and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your accounts with them. We're not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes, including a listing being suspended or an answer changing.

11. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows: we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to what you paid for that service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

12. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email hello@nameworthyai.com first; we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts in [County], Texas.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect an Order you've already paid for.
